Cancellation Policy

Things happen, I get that. However, I have a responsibility to myself and other clients to ensure that these appointments are not taken advantage of. I will charge a 20% cancellation fee or no show fee if a client fails to cancel their appoint 24 hours or more before the scheduled time.
